If you are not satisfied with any MoonStack Pro upgrade for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

One-time purchases

MoonStack Pro upgrades (across 旁注 (Marginalia), PrivaSnap, PDFMark, ReddiSense, and FilingLens) are one-time purchases — not subscriptions. There is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge.

How to request a refund

Email mumu@moonstack.org with your order number (found in your Payhip receipt email). We will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for purchases more than 30 days old, except where required by applicable law.
